Finding a Workout Regimen that Works for You
A lot of people have been completely sedentary all their life, and never really worked out at all. If that sounds like you, I just want you to walk every day, even if it’s just a half hour every day. Just get out. Outside is preferable, but if you can’t, or if the weather is bad, then get to a gym, or at least get on a treadmill or elliptical trainer, and start walking.
