BodyLogicMD’s Dr. Rudy Madlang believes that anti-aging medicine is the answer to America’s current health crisis. He decided to make the 180° leap from anesthesiology into preventative medicine after years of witnessing the disturbing trend of patients undergoing surgery that were clearly preventable, many due to the negative effects hormone imbalance has on the body. Dr. Madlang now dedicates his Salt Lake City, Utah BodyLogicMD practice to preventative anti-aging medicine and wellness, helping his patients find relief from symptoms of menopause and andropause including, fatigue, depression, weight gain and night sweats using bioidentical hormone therapy integrated with customized fitness and nutrition programs.

Dr. Madlang earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School in 1979 and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Hospital and Clinics in 1982. He was board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in 1984.

Dr. Madlang completed Postgraduate training from the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture at UCLA in 1996. He was also an active member of the McKay-Dee Hospital and Medical Center in Ogden, Utah for over ten years. He had the pleasure of serving on the board of Mountain West Anesthesia.
